Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of figurative-semantic, compositional-dramaturgic and genre-style features of the first cello sonata A. Schnitke in the context of the evolution of his compositional thinking. Attention is focused on dramaturgic techniques, the specifics and range of linguistic means, on the peculiarities of the interpretation of the expressive capabilities of instruments, on the figurative structure of writing, as a landmark in a new round of evolution of the author's style of the composer.
